Back Conference Room (During Open Hours)
This is a great option for smaller gatherings, meetings, Bible studies, or group sessions during our regular café hours. You get private access to the back room in 90-minute blocks, and the full café remains open around you.

- 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
- 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

- 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Pricing:
- $25 per reservation
- Includes 1 complimentary beverage for the host
A few things to note:
- We recommend arriving and getting settled about 15 minutes into your reservation window to allow for a smooth setup
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a refund
- No-shows are non-refundable
Daytime back room reservations can be booked and paid for online. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.
Back Conference Room (After Hours)
Prefer a fully private setting outside of open café hours? This option gives you exclusive access to the back room after we close, with no other guests in the space.
Available time slots:
- 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Pricing:
- 2 Hours: $150
- 3 Hours: $200
After-hours back room bookings are also available online. Payment confirms your reservation.
Full Café Buyout (Space Only)
This option gives you exclusive access to the entire café for your event. No coffee service is included, but the full space is yours.
Pricing:
- 2 Hours: $300
- 3 Hours: $400
- 4 Hours: $500
Full Café Buyout with Coffee Service
This includes everything in the Full Café Buyout, plus a staffed coffee bar
This option includes everything in the Full Café Buyout, plus a staffed coffee bar for your guests. There are two ways to handle coffee service:
Hosted Coffee Bar (Prepaid Drinks)
You select a drink count in advance, and we prepay that amount into your event.
- Example: 50 drinks x $6 per drink = $250 added to your booking
- Once the prepaid total is reached, guests can continue purchasing drinks on their own if they choose
- 15 Drink minium Required
- This is a great option if you want to treat your guests without worrying about an open tab
Open Café Style (Pay As You Go)
No prepaid drinks are required. Guests simply order and pay for their own drinks throughout the event. The full menu is available, and Fun Dough cookies will also be available for purchase.
Pricing (space reservation, same as above):
- 2 Hours: $300
- 3 Hours: $400
- 4 Hours: $500
Coffee service pricing is added on top of the space reservation based on the option you choose.
